Shipping & Returns
Shift Power Ltd strive to process and ship orders within a 1-3 day time period dependant on the parts or systems purchased. All shipping times are provided as guides and are subject to the carriers default lead times and claims procedures. If the 1-3 day period cannot be achieved we will contact the customer with an up to date lead time. Orders over £100 must be sent to the card holders address (or the verified PayPal address in the case of this type of payment).
Any 'non-faulty' returns must be returned un-used and un-damaged in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase and will be subject to a 5% administration fee (minimum £10).
Any damaged non-faulty returns will be assessed and an appropriate return value reduction will be applied. Please read our full Terms and Conditions.
Privacy & Security
All information we collect is stored in a secure database and not shared with anyone else but Shift Power Ltd employees. Shift Power Ltd asks customers to submit e-mail addresses and phone numbers voluntarily so we can inform our customers that we received orders and provide updates. This also helps in contacting the customer if there are any order processing problems and to offer advice or tech support.
